I know that I’m addicted to my phone, not to my social media, social media is just the first thing that pops up when I get my hand on my phone. A beautiful experiment I tried, is to go out without my phone, I just walk out of the door with my keys and money, I go to a restaurant, I wait, I order food, I wait for my food, I enjoy my food, and then go for a walk before heading home....
